I'm not really, it's just a consideration since I wouldn't be surprised if the Academy would give to her a second bos Oscar as a made up for the snub of this year that made big noise, as long as the song is good, it's what I care personally.

I was curious so I looked for the poster of The Hunting Ground, where I clearly remember that the song was only in the credits (and I think at some point in the movie, a few notes from the song were played but that wasn't enough to qualify as actual "music" for the movie).

And it does say "Original song by Diane Warren and Lady Gaga" and then "Original Score by Miriam Cutler", so I guess it does say so when these things are separate. I'm wondering whether there are some official conventions in the way they write this, or if it just depends on who's making the poster.

It's tough to say... I think it depends on the studio, and probably the artists contract negotiations. I just looked at the No Time To Die poster and it just says "Music by Hans Zimmer", no mention of Billie at all, (and same with Skyfall, no Adele). I also looked at the Titanic poster and it lists "Music By" and "Music Supervisor" with no mention of Celine Dion...

So my inclination would be, since this poster says "Music By Harold Faltermeyer Lady Gaga Hans Zimmer" that Gaga had more to do with it than just one song... BUT the Hunting Ground poster that you mention challenges that, suggesting that maybe they do use it more for promo sometimes... so basically, I don't know either  But the poster doesn't tell us definitively either way

I think she's simply responsible for the theme song apart of the movie, while Hans Zimmer is handling the score. And she's the only one attached to anything else besides the score, which explains the listing.

Honestly I have hopes that are too high for this. I'm thinking thematically it'll be like TEOG meets Shallow & sonically like ARUTW meets INLA.
