Can we celebrate Rihanna being an INCREDIBLE businesswoman & understand that she is making the system work for her rather than call her unethical please?

She didn’t come from money, she worked and worked (and had some good luck on her side!) and now she’s a super successful BADASS WOMAN!

She didn’t create the system we’re living in, so i think it’s unfair to criticize her here.

Please, this is so toxic and hypocritical. This is the trap that we fall into, we become emotionally invested in some people for coming from nothing or being black or gay or whatever and when they become rich we act like they are any different from any other rich person on the planet. She is not, she is now just like all the other rich people in the world that you complain about and ask to pay their taxes. Yes, she is making the system work in her favor while it ruins others. She is not any different from Kim or any other celeb that became a billionaire in the last few years. Her past might be but her present ain’t and her childhood struggles don’t justify forwarding other people’s struggles. She came from nothing because others became billionaires before her, it’s a continuous cycle. Now others will struggle because of her too in the future. So PLEASE, think before you speak. Money moves in this world from one place to another, it’s not an endless stream, when some get rich, others get poor! And hoarding money does just THAT!

also, not you calling her an amazing business woman with her alleged shady and questionable lingerie business practices...

We stan :applause:

It's always the hypocritical ones who got mad with rich people. Especially self made ones like Rhenna. Like, what are you angry for? People clearly buys her stuffs and got her rich because they liked her, she doesn't owe you lunch money, so what's with that sour attitude? :billie:

Lets hope she uses large sums of the money for charity and help good causes

I know she definitely gives back to Barbados and other social causes. Not sure if I can post links but a quick google search would pull up a lot of results. I think she's doing a lot of good behind the scenes!

People only become this rich by exploiting the people “below” them and stealing the value of their labor. No such thing as a “self made” billionaire. It’s highly unethical, immoral, and downright soulless to amass that kind of wealth in a world rife with social and economic inequality.
