Interesting. And you didn’t reveal that you also get some cute shirtless shots of the video’s host who is actually hot!

I wouldn’t call Nickelodeon completely out, because especially during 1992-98 Nickelodeon was at its prime. Geraldine Laybourne who was the CEO at the time, ran with whole “treat kids as people” thing and the channel was a massive success.

However the CEO’s that followed made those blunders, specifically Herb Scannell (Taina was under him) as well as Cyma I forget her last name. Those were the ones responsible for the blunders in the video. It was a joke.

I still feel however under Cyma, is when they signed Jojo Siwa and the rest was history. Who knows what’s going to happen when her contract with Nickelodeon is over but they were REALLY sleeping on Ari

I misread the title as Nickleback and was very confused when I opened the thread and saw Victoria Justice and Drake Bell.

Omg I forgot how I hated The Naked Brothers Band because I was a little gay that wanted to watch iCarly and Victorious and not their series :billie:

Nickelodeon stars always had awful acting skills and were far less well rounded when compared to their Disney counterparts, so very few of them possessed that true "star quality" needed to make it in show business. The calibre of the Disney stars was just so much higher.
