This is so f_cking stupid. Like if labels loved gift Latin women careers in pop music. There is probably three Latina women who have had successful careers in pop music ever. Shakira, Gloria Estefan and Jennifer Lopez, that's about it. I can name twenty to thirty black female artists just as big and popular as those three.

That’s why Christina Milian should have been named as a feature and not only as a writer for “Play”, she literally sings the whole chorus. It would have been nice to have two latina girls named, especially since Christina was having some cute success after her debut album, idk why it didn’t happens

Christina was there when JLo recorded Play. She is fine with JLo singing Play. It's a song that didn't make her record, that she wrote in like two minutes. Like Gaga's song that she did for JLo.

Stop with all this shenanigans. This is getting all tired and dumb.

Wtf ?? I was agreeing with you on the way music industry was treating latin women and only let a few shine, i know that they are fine with each others and that they both worked on it, all i said was that i wish it would have been counted as a feature

Why are you so defensive like that

Edit: Also Christina Milian deserved more success. Girl was doing death drops all over her video before it became a thing in popular culture. Back when it was just drag queens and club kids. @BBhomemaker

She really deserved to be a bigger name in pop.
