The way most women don't even know they're pregnant until after six weeks :smh:

Why not just make vasectomies compulsory? It's a much more effective form of birth control than abortion bans tbh.

Despicable. Makes my skin crawl.

FYI in case anyone has a potato for a brain, it is VERY common to not know you're pregnant at 6 weeks along (aka less than 2 months), therefore not even allowing a woman to make a medical decision because she doesn't even have the knowledge she's pregnant yet. Complete entrapment of these women.

Any word on free prenatal care or child care? Affordable health care for the child? Anything after it’s born??

You know that isn't happening.

What scares me so much about these new abortion laws (besides the obvious) is they are included ectopic pregnancies in them as well. Ectopic pregnancies can kill a woman. They are not sustainable pregnancies either.

This reeks of hypocrisy.

The government doesn’t allow people under 18 to adopt, as they’re less likely to have full-time financial security, they’re mostly not independent financially, nor have they finished their education. Sure, they don’t even allow some grown adults to adopt, because of their socio-economic circumstances, particularly those on lower incomes and potentially in poverty.

At the same time, the government bans abortions, and forces females who are under 18, who are in poverty, who have limited security and resources in life to give to another human being, to give birth to these kids. And don’t give me that “adoption is a better alternative!!” Time after time we hear of horror stories of abuse and of kids falling behind in life because they’ve been raised in care homes and orphanages. There’s no guarantee your child will get a stable, loving home to raise them.

Not to mention that abortion is a human right, seeing as forcing a woman to carry an unwanted pregnancy to full term is considered a violation of the Right to be Free from Torture. But, the GOP could barely accept that free water and healthcare is a human right, so….

Seriously? At that point the fetus is literally a potentially deadly parasite, why the hell would they restrict treatment for that?

...Idk why I'm asking. These are the same people that argue rape can't lead to pregnancy because a female's body has "a way to shut that stuff down".

Oh I watched one video where it was said some politician said that they should take the baby from an ectopic pregnancy and implant it in the uterus (and ectopic pregnancy is one that is in the fallopian tubes). Oh, and they are included fining women for having miscarriages as well. Imagine losing a baby and having to pay a fine for something you can't even control. For anyone that wants to know more:
