What should the TCB opening song be? Will this be Gaga’s best entrance ever

To me the best opening song/entrance so far was Dance in the Dark on Monster Ball 2.0. It’s a massive fan favourite and the “D-d-d-d” with her silhouette sent everyone into a frenzy.  I feel BTW balls horse entrance to with Highway Unicorn was the weakest because I love the song but it’s not the strongest for a crowd and her slow parade around the stage wasn’t a dramatic reveal. 

How should TCB open? I think it needs to start with Chromatica 1 to set the mood and make us feel we’re in a movie or on planet Chromatica and then launch into Alice. I think a lot of us have been listening to Chromatica in order and it would be a thrill to see the album opening come to life. But if that’s a bit on-the-nose for Gaga I want her to open with Free Woman.

Definitely Chromatica I into Alice. In my imagination, the show starts with her recreating the album cover, at the gates of Chromatica.

That is literally how I pictured it too! The red alien landscape mountains, maybe some smoke and then Gaga emerges, with that look like she’s lookjng out for aliens. I don’t think she should descend from the ceiling necessarily but maybe there a volcano explosion and then she emerges from that.

I don’t think Gaga would ever play the album in order (although that would actually be sick) or cater to expectations. For BTW Ball she did Born this Way as the third song!

I actually personally loved the entrance. It may not be the most "dramatic", but I thought it was intersting and different and complimented the show/its story well

Yes! I can also see the show having a theatrical narrative throughout, in the vein of The Monster Ball and Enigma. Something like Gaga finding herself lost in Chromatica, she and the Kindness Punks, played by her dancers, need to make their way through the land of Chromatica to restore love and happiness. Each segment of the show being set in a different city or district in Chromatica, based on the map that was designed with the album. Alice Bay, Desert of Kindness, Mothers Peak, The Capitol, Enigma Forest, Compassion Hills, and then finally the ancient city of Babylon

It’s true, it did suit the show story and atmosphere. It just didn’t give that iconic “she’s here!” everyone screams moment.
