Not unusual for UK shows. Quite possible they won't be available until a week or so before the show.

They haven't sent the tickets out yet and probably won't until a few weeks before the show.

If you log in and go onto your order, there's a option that says "Need to Change Your Delivery Address? Request An Address Change >"
