Any advice? Mind you, I’m a 35 year old with a bad back 🥲 so I want to avoid walking a lot after the show because I’ll already be dead from queuing and standing in the golden circle.

Guys, as ticketmaster is taking a long time to respond to emails (within 4 weeks lol), I'll try to have my question answered here. As I'm from Brazil, I never bought on ticketmaster. I bought a golden circle ticket today from resale but found out later that it's a pre-sale ticket (physical) and it looks like it's not an eTicket. It is written that it will be sent to me 5 days before the event, but in 5 days before the event I will no longer be in Brazil, but in London, and I don't know what address I will have in London when I'm there. Does anyone have any tips on how to resolve this situation?

E-tickets appear on your account a few days before the event

usually for all the concert iv bought e-tickets it would be  in the e-mail right away.

i wonder why its taking them so long

It’s become more common in the last couple of years for big festivals and concerts to delay sending out their e-tickets.  It’s to deter ticket touts from buying up all the tickets and reselling at a higher price as they won’t have a ticket to sell people until days before the event.

It does make the wait a little more anxious for us but it ultimately is a good thing as it means fans can attend at the intended price

I would ask ticketmaster if they can arrange for you to pick the ticket up at the stadium. I have had to do this for one arena show before and they did it for me. They haven’t issued tickets yet for London so they should be able to help!

Ticketmaster said the tickets won’t be sent to our emails.We have to print them and get them on the day for sure

I'm going on the 30th! Section 002 third row so really near the stage! I initially planned standing but my friend persuaded me against as apparently she went to see Beyonce there and said everyone just pushed in and had their phones up and it was a nightmare
