EGOT2027 10,801
this thread is hilarious for 9272982 reasons that have already been mentioned but another is that i’m p sure most of the nyc gays would prefer it to be at the mets’ stadium in queens rather than the football stadium in new jersey lmao. playing venues like wrigley field is a huge honor and only something live nation books for legends. ask any artist currently touring arenas if they hope to play wrigley field one day … i guarantee you they won’t say “nah because it’s not a real stadium” bahahaha. also i’m p sure they wouldn’t be booking the weeknd in all football stadiums if doja cat wasn’t with him

I want to experience that with Gaga so I’m going to either NY or London. Everyone else in these comments can be mad all they want but most of them haven’t had that experience (and won’t get it unless they’re in Europe or NY). period sis
Ronk 14,486
Gaga performed at Fenway Park, a Boston baseball venue, in 2017. From what I heard, it was totally enjoyable and she slayed. A review is here: https://brandeishoot.com/2017/09/08/lady-gaga-makes-history-at-fenway-park/ I am happy Gaga chose to do a stadium tour because it means fewer concerts, which is best for her health. I live outside the space time continuum.

GunninMan 1,386
Lmao the brain cells I have lost from reading the pages of this thread…. Some of y’all are just eternally miserable aren’t you? ANYWAYS… the last time I saw Gaga I saw her at Oracle Park in SF. It was a great show except the fact that because it was a stadium it was a different layout than the arena shows for JWT. And they cut a segment due to noise curfews in the city. Hoping that is not the case this time, but since they’re all in stadiums I doubt it’ll be an issue. monstertoronto 8,748
How has this idiotic post received 7 pages. OP is admits they’re all stadiums but decided they’re not “proper” ones? Is this a metric that architects that build them and sport leagues that play in them somehow don’t know? Ugh at finally getting a tour announced after two long years and then deciding to focus on the most incredibly specific personal preference to be mad about and then expect everyone to share this made-up beef. Please start a thread about how this tour is already disappointing because the tour poster isnt even really green, i mean I guess it’s green, but it’s not “proper” green. I truly hope the stage design and overall scenery will take that into account, otherwise I don't see the point. I swear to god if she pulls a Joanne World Tour… I honestly did not like it when I saw it at Fenway Park. The arena show looked 20 times better
Starmie25 13,168
Maybe she should go back to the original 6 date tour. Some of y'all nitpick over the most stupidest things I swear.
Lovelife 456
6 hours ago, LateToCult said: My bad. I took that part out of the original post before posting it. But Beyoncé went back to the NYC area to the MetLife stadium after the European leg. She also did Dodger Stadium but she had already done the Rose Bowl in the LA area. Since you mentioned Beyonce's Formation World Tour and called The Chromatica Ball as the improper stadium tour, then let's do the math. The Formation World Tour (49 dates) with more than 2,24 million audiences and grossed over US$ 256 million. With the Average of 45.715 (tickets sold) per show. - The Chromatica Ball Tour (15 dates) with more than 800.000 expected audiences. With the Average of 53.000 (tickets sold) per show. -- If it has the same number of shows as TFWT, it would easily outgrossed TFWT. OT: TCBT is A Stadium Tour. Periodt.
