Hey guys,

so I've never been to a concert in my life before so I have no clue about what's important. I wanna go to Düsseldorf so badly and I hope I manage to get tickets. With the Coldplay show it took me 2,5 hours to buy tickets :cryga:

So my question is: What place in the arena do u advice? Down there in the middle standing? Or is it better to get seats? I wanna get the whole vibe and I would love to dance which is why I thought it's better to stand... and when u don't get seats and iu get "early entry" that means u have to be early so u can be in the very front by the stage right?

What are your experiences? I fear that if I get seats the vibe won't be as good as when ur standing and able to dance... right? And how many hours before the show would u have to be there? I have literally NO CLUE

Help me out

If you wanna dance your ass off, be sure to get standing tickets, seats tickets usually have dead ass crowd full of boomers.

TCB will be my very first concert, too! I'm already very excited, but also anxious. I went for seats because I don't deal too well in crowds and I'm tiny:yennefer: but if these are no problems for you, standing tickets seem a lot more fun:party:

Your first concert will be Gaga!!!  Amazing.
So there’s always the most energy on the floor. People are dancing the whole time and it’s usually the big fans so everyone is singing. I’ve been to every Gaga tour and generally always do the floor because you also get as close as possible to her. The trick is to get there super early to line up so you can make sure you get a spot right against the barrier. You’ll be like 2 feet from the stage. Gaga once even pointed at me and smiled once because I made the cigarette glasses from telephone.  The downside to the floor is people are constantly shoving and trying to get in front of other people and it’s hard to leave and go to the bathroom because then you have to fight your way back to the front.

seats are actually fine too. When I’ve been in seats everyone around me is always dancing the whole time too.

Bonkers

1. Don't go in with expectations, expectations ruin everything in life.

2. Bring a book in case Lady Starlight is opening

3.  I personally recommend floor tickets. Sitting in seats sort of feels like watching on tv.  And if you don't like the people in your area, you're stuck with them.  But honestly, being on the floor feels much more real to me.

I don't have really advice since I haven't gone to many concerts but I think you should get standing if you can!

Your gonna have so much fun

I don’t think so. That’s what I’m planning on doing.
Who knows, you can end up meeting a new friend there!

I'm doing it for the TCB, and have done it before, nobody really cares.

I would love to meet other fans hours or days before the show. I'm also travelling alone for the first time (in London) so it's daunting but also exciting for me.

Ceres

make up a whole backstory and see how long you can keep it going with your newfound friends on the floor.
After each act make it more and more outrageous. You work as a backup dancer? you now own Rihanna's leftovers in your dance troupe. Spread a rumor that gaga hid a backstage pass somewhere on the floor you have to crawl under the catwalk to find it. Make the concert as exciting as you can.

NOOO! It's mostly even better because it's easier to get to know people this way
