Bestellnummer. Soweit Du z.B. aufgrund von Krankheit an der Veranstaltung nicht teilnehmen kannst, kannst Du Dein Package übertragen. Alle notwendigen Infos hierzu erhältst Du mit Zugang Deiner Abholinformation. Sofern Du 1-2 Tage vor Event noch keine Info-E-Mail erhalten hast, wende Dich bitte an unseren VIP-Service." Do we need to bring anything with the order number on it? Aside from the ticket itself if we got it via post? Or is this just for tickets that are for pickup there? I think this is just the case when you get your tickets there. I got mine with the mail and there is no name on it. If you’ve got one of the VIP packages, the person that bought the tickets has to bring their ID.
