Well I agree the visuals match the music but I was talking about both - it's all a mess I just don't think she is fun or interesting enough as a person to pull off this style. What made her an amazing artist was her incredible voice, her training as a musician and her great knowledge of different musical genres and cultures. EMQ was so great because she carefully crafted all of her skills and knowledge into something with so much depth to it (if you watch her instagram stories about it, it's really incredible how much though and care went into it). I certainly wasn't expecting EMQ part II in terms of the modern flamenco sound, but I did expect something with a similar level of depth, meaning and maturity to it.
