as much as i like her i was against the idea at the beginning but honestly i'm starting to see it 

my first choice still Addison Rae, by F A R.

 

she have the full package and she is also an actress with stage presence while also nailing the "britney" look

 

what is more important to play Britney, beauty or acting skills?

I love Britney too much to say what I want to say here but you can probably assume what I want to say

Anyway, acting first and foremost. Her personal story is the most important thing to a Britney role. I'd rather sit through a few awkward songs than a lot of poorly done acting.

Acting skills and being able to embody the character you are playing is the most important. We have seen from previous biopic performances that even if the actor themselves doesn't largely resemble the subject (ie, Renee Zellweger in Judy, Charlize Theron in Monster), their portrayal of them can still be convincing and compelling anyway, along with hair and make-up being done right.

Sydney could be a good choice for Britney because she's a good actress, for Britney it's really important that the actor has her trademark unique mannerisms and ability to replicate her voice and stage presence. Other actresses that come to mind are Kiernan Shipka and Chloë Grace Moretz.

Both! And I'd say dancing too, this was Britney's greatest strength and I can't imagine a biopic without any dancing

Somebody physically fit has to play her because of the crop tops and midriff. The acting is second. But really they should find someone who has both looks and acting skills like an actress with a dancer's body.
