This is the kind of controlling behavior that proves the divorce needs to happen, imo. I was wondering why his ye instagram  posts in all caps got deleted.  Seems like he was made accountable in the divorce proceedings.  In the podcast of the attached tmz article, he is trying to void the pre-nup that says their assets are separate and he wants their assets frozen. Kim has resources to get away from him, fortunately for her and the kids.

Was the post on his account? Kim could get a judge to subpoena IP info from that account

I imagine Instagram (or whatever he used to post the attack, I didn't see it) is at least as advanced as Invision software that GGD uses and we can see IPs, devices, and locations, and more associated with every individual post

It wouldn't be hard to prove it was posted from HIS phone or computer.

It really shouldn't be this hard to legally remove yourself from someone else though.

That still doesn't prove that he posted them u.u, it just proves that they were posted from his cellphone or house

Any reasonable person would consider the fact that it was posted from his house on his device sufficient evidence that he posted it

Yeah I know but that still doesn’t 100% proves that he posted them, the justice system is kinda weird everywhere around the world, and sometimes its hard to prove things that happened online.

I think Kim will need a video of him posting those things or a confessional or whatever they're called in the US 

At least thats how things work here in México, my teacher yesterday told us a story about how one of his employees stole something from her work, they even had him on video STEALING, but that wasn’t enough. She needed him to confess what he did and say that he was the person in video in order to fire him

I understand he's doing everything he can to keep his family together, but this is not right. He's working against his goal without realizing by abusing the people he is trying to love.
