Other likely targets include opponents of Russia's strategic goals and dissidents from Russia and Belarus who have taken refuge in Ukraine. Western intelligence has been very accurate so far AND Putin lets Kadyrov run wild in Chechnya. The man literally abducts people from other parts of Russia and brings them back there, and some say what he's doing in Chechnya is almost genocide with how he hunts down gay people. And...there are a lot of units from Chechnya that have already deployed to Ukraine and more coming (Neil Haeur covers the area and posted video on twitter from one of his sources of the military leaving Chechnya for Ukraine)...
