I think it would help back Putin down some. But I realize there is more to this than just oh we should do that to help them. she/her/hers

Which is something he also emphasized by stating the obvious that he would send troops to the NATO countries bordering Ukraine but not IN Ukraine... He wanted to make it very clear (in case Russia is watching) that they aren't trying to get physically involved with Ukraine since they have no contractual obligation to come to their defense but obviously this is an attack on democracy and Western values I hope the coming days don't escalate further but today's actions show Putin might be desperate to take over the country and idk how much longer Ukraine and its brave people can hold on Stream my new single, 💜"Heartbeat"💜, on Spotify! He wasn't expecting Ukraine to fight back so hard and the picture they are painting of him. I don't think there is coming back from that and that's not even mentioning the financial banking crisis he is causing. I think the EU will start looking for ways to no be so heavily dependent on Russia. Same with us. If it means govt contracts for electric cars then let it happen or if it mean more drilling. I hope not but if it means no dependency on Russia then so be it. There is a prediction the war could last 10-20 years because even if Putin installs a puppet leader the Ukrainian people will continue to fight and Russia would end up in a quagmire they wish they had never gotten into like when they were stuck in Afghanistan for 10 years. I think we're trying to see if the world will last even 10-20 more days But yes...Putin has basically ****ed Russia for the coming future...which is sad because we all know the Russian people aren't responsible for the actions of one man but these are the steps that must be taken to strip him of any support or funds to keep fueling this war Stream my new single, 💜"Heartbeat"💜, on Spotify! But I can't help but think someone in his government would stop him if he tried to go nuclear. I live outside the space time continuum.

Eido 3,681
Up : from FranceInfo The Russian delegation that was sent to the city of Konotop is asking for the immediate surrender or the city will be "erased from the map" (probably with the use of thermobaric weapons) This is insane! Guest
We have ended up in a situation with no good outcomes, whatever decision you make, nothing good will come out of it. Pure result of our flawed society and governments and failed systems

FfFfFfFF 58,125
In the 8th day of war, the battles for Kyiv, Kharkiv, Cherniv, Mykolaiv are ongoing. Russia claims control over Kherson city. If this is true (the possibility of this being Russian propaganda should still be taken into account), it's the first Oblast capital under Russian control. Ismail (former Romanian city 15km from the Romanian border) was bombed. The situation in the south of Ukraine is worrying because - the land corridor connecting Crimea with the other Russian occupied territory means that Russians can supply the peninsula by land instead of air - Russia seems to make faster advancements there, unlike in the north
