AND Take this with a grain of salt, but a tweet surfaced claiming that he fired his Millitary Chief Valery Gerasimov, hours after the General was filmed being stony faced as Putin ordered Russia's nuclear forces to be alert. Are Russia's nuclear weapons like the US' in that our president could order a launch at any time and everyone else would have very little time or ability to stop it from happening?
