Beyonce comes out of hiding and looking....different

 It's a wonderous feature the human skin has, idk if y'all heard about it, but: If you stay out of sunlight for a certain time (especially in winter), your skin can end up becoming lighter than usual. I think it's called "tanning", but idk.

On another note, she looks strange because her make up is very different from what it usually is. She has no contour on, barely any foundation (you can see all the imperfections and discoloration on her face skin in the full pic, especially on her temples), her eyebrows are drawn in in a super light color that doesn't match at all, the lipstick is very heavy and she has no eyeliner but really big fake lashes on, which are sitting totally crooked on her lids as well, serving Gia Gunn realness. Overall... very unusual for the aesthetic she usually likes to give, but she's still gorgeous nevertheless.
