Every now and again she finds a concept or a phrase she really likes and just rides it for a while. Also I remember her talking about in therapy she learned a technique called 'radical acceptance' and I feel like she's just developed 'radical love' out of that in combination with her 'be kind' shtick I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin.
