I know people are more aware nowadays, but it's a nice reminder to those still drooling at the sight of celebrities that even they aren't perfect. I won't assume you haven't tried what I'm about to suggest, but: apricot scrub, AHA body cleanser (and lotion), and when your skin is ready daily dry body brushing before showering.
