Well, there was a instagram post which said that Billie indirectly shaded Travis when she helped her fan. Kanye decided to get offended, and commented on that IG post, defending Travis and asked Billie to apologise else he wouldn't perform HIS coachella set.

Billie replied she neither mentioned nor intended to. She only helped her fan out.

Strictly speaking on Kanye's recent antics, isn't it allegedly a know thing that he had a recent breakdown during the last few years and was admitted? Isn't he also allegedly bipolar?

I think he is going through one of the phases right now and unfortunately, the entire world is witnessing it and thinking he's just being a 'weird' and 'crazy' attention seeker. No, I do not like nor support him and his shenanigans, but none of this is normal.

I hope someone around him can help to convince him to seek out professional, trusted help once again because no one should unravel and have their breakdown end up as water cooler entertainment.

I honestly think it boils down to him being a Narcissist. Also people around you can’t do anything if you’re not willing to help yourself or accept help from others. I think that’s why Kim eventually gave up with him. I have 0 sympathy for him tbh. The world is sick of him acting like God and telling us what to do to please him.
