Spreading misinformation that leads to deaths isn’t the same as having a debate with two different POVs tho. I’m pretty sure that’s why so many people are upset about his podcast.

You guys release the US government, Dr. Fauchi, and mainstream media all spread COVID misinformation? Joe Rogan is neither a republican nor a conservative. He supported Bernie in 2016 and 2020. As a lefty myself, I don't see him as the enemy, it's those in power who want to make you hate/fear him as an independent thinker who should be scrutinized.

I encourage you all to think for yourselves and please do not take mainstream media or government officials at face value. What do they have to gain by articulating a certain viewpoint? What do they have to gain by sowing the seeds of hatred amongst a population? There is a lot of money to be made by sowing fear and hatred, and even more to be made by the pharmaceutical companies. 

Just my point of view. This reactionary team-based mentality is not healthy.

What makes you, as a "lefty" think that Joe Rogan is not part of the mainstream media establishment that wants to make money by sowing fear and hatred? 

He inked a $100,000,000 deal with Spotify and he's peddling Ivermectin from big pharma Merck. He got the same expensive experimental drugs that Trump got when he got Covid. I encourage YOU to think for yourself.

My first Joe Rogan episode I listened to was the Miley Cyrus one a while ago and I like the guy 
 

He is not the smartest person in the room but he brings very varied and interesting people to his show and has super interesting conversations with them and most of the time aren’t even political.
 

Do I agree with everything he says? Absolutely not, but that’s life. 
 

People nowadays love to witch hunt for people that don’t agree with their bubbles 100%, can’t stand the cult-y behavior. Every day that goes by I realize how hateful and hypocrite the left is with their fake outrages and witch hunts and how similar they are to their political opposites. I’m not on either side of the political spectrum nowadays, my view is much more nuanced.
