What is important about listening to someone who doesn’t believe in science? That’s what you’re positing with a vax/anti-vax debate. pro-con type podcasts are often times so ****ing lazy. 8/10 just shock value of having people disagree. You don’t leave actually thinking differently in most cases, you just came with your opinion and had a champion defend it. Sure, there’s room for debate and differing opinion but let’s not get so far out of reality that we start bringing people who literally believe in fiction, bigotry, lies, and other bs to debate people with actual facts. It’s so useless and just takes up cache.

The sooner some of you come to terms with the fact that humans are bound to have different perspectives on certain issues, the better for you.  Trying to silence people and throwing out labels may make you feel better about yourself but it's really not going to make any improvement.

But that isn't what he did... He gave crazy people a platform and did not challenge them or have anyone else on to challenge them. This will all be done one day, but the tribal hatred everyone is cultivating against each other will remain and it’s going to awful. If we felt the world was divided before I don’t think we’re prepared for the world post covid, and seemly that's what people want (on both sides of the spectrum).
