Jake Gyllenhaal has been liking Gaga's IG posts in the past few weeks.

Maybe he just loves the music girlies  (he apparently likes a lot of Rihanna's posts, too), but it's kind of interesting that he's been doing this recently. He's a great actor and has a million projects in pre-production (a few already have the casts lined up, but not all of them). Anyway, wondering if this is a (potential) sign that he and Gaga might work together.

Jake is a wonderful actor but for some reason, he sometimes takes on very commercial roles that don't fully challenge him. He needs to work in more dramas and less in commercial Netflix films.

He's mixing it up again! Yeah, I also thought it was weird that he did a lot of interesting films like Night Crawler (he should have been nominated for an Oscar for that film) and The Sisters Brothers...and then started making mostly popcorn/Netflix flicks. But he and Oscar Isaac are doing a film based on the making of The Godfather (that seems to already have the cast lined up) and he has an indie with Vanessa Kirby. Hopefully, he ditches that Roadhouse remake though...

Those seem interesting. His recent movies, The Guilty and Ambulance seem like they could've had a less prominent actor doing them instead. I mean he was great in The Guilty, but it's not exactly memorable imo.
