LM: Gaga still can't pick songs/knows we (jokingly) 'want to kill her'

Geez this negativity is crazyyyy. ARTPOP is a genre, a genre gaga has created. When she says she's been making ARTPOP since the fame era she means the type of music. And when she says ARTPOP could mean anything she means how she has songs like teeth and hair which are parts of the body. Tea which is a drink. Burqa and telephone which are a clothing item and electronic device. She writes and titles her songs sometimes with names of random objects but then ties deeper meanings into the lyrics. :)

Maybe she's having trouble with the actual distribution of content. Like having two volumes is hard becuase what music do you put on the volumes and then what about the release date. Then the app like will she add the "unreleased" ARTPOP songs to the app, will that confuse the public? I mean it must be hard work. As much as I've been making jokes and moaning, I can wait I understand its hard. I just think that she needs to remember how crazy the fanbase is! I mean we practically go ape**** for like a picture of a rose! I feel like she's starving us and then gonna randomly appear with some tea to spill.

That's EXACTLY what she did with Born This Way.

She didn't tell us the title was Born This Way right after TFM was released in 2009. We found out in September 2010 and got an actual new song only 5 months later in February 2011, not a year and a half lol

I've stopped myself from commenting in this thread because there is so much logic from arguments saying that the first single will be in February/March AND from arguments saying it could be a much longer wait. I really don't know where to hide from the lack of knowledge about this album. :sick:

I honestly think she might be doing this, and I'm trying to remain objective about it and not just a desperate fan in need of new music.

When you think about it, it doesn't really add up. In summer, several people close to Gaga were saying how amazing the first single was. Gaga herself said the video for the first single would be one of her best works to date. So why would they backtrack on this, realistically? I really doubt that Interscope denied her her first single choice. So I honestly believe the Haus knows what they're planning to release, and Gaga's bluffing about not knowing which songs to put on the album. She's been "unsure" about song choices for MONTHS now. I don't buy it.

That's possible. But I think if that IS the case, she should get some other informed people* to help her decide which songs to put on the album. She's been deciding songs for literally months now, and it's getting frustrating every time she says she still hasn't decided. I'd rather she just didn't say anything at all until we have concrete details.

*Someone like ZEDD. By the sounds of it, he knows when to tell her "no".
