CooterFritter 777
I live in Seattle and love the moderate weather, but you go months without seeing the sun sometimes and it causes a lot of people severe seasonal depression.

Bling 31,680
I lived in Portland (3 hrs south of Seattle) for 8 years and the weather is definitely not what people think. Yeah, it's overcast a lot but the "rain" often times is more of a mist and I went almost a decade of living there without a proper rain jacket or gear. Visited Seattle several times and it's basically a bigger Portland. The spring and summers are AMAZING because everything is SO green and lush. Unfortunately, the secret got out about how unique the Pacific Northwest is and Californians started moving there in like 2014 so rent started rising and the old buildings got replaced with new condos no one could afford. 2009-2013 were iconic years up there *sigh* @LateToCult @CooterFritter I did end up leaving a few years ago, the winters being one of the reasons. It’s humid up here but you don’t really feel it as much as you’d think. Definitely not as much as you do in the south and east coast. And then we get dry heat in the summer.
