It is just reunion show with casts reminiscing of their glory past. What else could be done better?

I didn’t like how interview sections went, I didn’t feel like it was doing what it was supposed to be doing, some parts felt rushed and I feel like they didn’t get the chance to say everything. I read all of the books, watched every movie, have many of HP merch so I’m not some rando to the wizarding world but it truly felt underwhelming imo. It’s just my opinion tho and I’m glad many people loved it more than I did.

I didn't think Emma could be so moved, as well as all the actors. It is understandable that it was a piece of our life but above all of theirs. It was very emotional to see, it's perfect the way it is.

It was like 40% clips from the movies. That's just lazy af. And there were obviously more soundboard from cast members and clips than were shown. Poor Ian Hart only got a literal sentence as they wrapped up the whole thing. lol

I'd just like to gently let you know you just put a LOT of words in my mouth with your reply - everything I said in my comment was about my own experience. I was in no way insinuating that it was what @bionic experienced, or claiming that any criticism of Rowling is wrong or invalid.

Not to be rude, but your reply basically highlights my main issue here with how others dogpile any mention of Harry Potter. Somehow my comment led you to the conclusion that I was insulting trans people or anyone who opposes transphobia... which couldn't be further from the truth.

Anyway, hope you enjoy the special.

Don't even. You specifically named SJWs calling out Jo as if they were the only people making you feel badly. Yeah, your comment made them feel that way because that was your comment. Do you also have cursive Live Laugh Love proverbs on the walls of your home?

...Why are you so angry at me? Where is this hostility coming from?

As I said before I was SPECIFICALLY talking about my personal lived experiences. Where I have been harassed and pressured to drop Harry Potter because of Rowling's views despite my real and substantial support of the trans community. I was talking about SJWs targeting me personally, without knowing me, what I stand for or what I do.

AGAIN... you are proving my point right with your disproportionate hostility. Y'all are too busy virtue signalling to apply any semblance of reading comprehension to what I've written here.

Where is it coming from? You're feeding it. You're too busy acting like an ally instead of being an ally. I'm not virtue signaling, you are. You can't look down your nose at something while supporting it.

Like, of course you can be a fan of something but basing your entire childhood and personality on one thing? Sounds kinda demented to me :ohwell:
