Maybe I'm old-school, but I would never post or discuss a movie spoiler publicly at the risk of ruining someone's experience. I'd go as far as saying that I hate being spoiled regarding films I didn't even have the intention of watching, because I might want to watch them at some point in the years to come. I think it also tells a lot about how people view cinema nowadays: like a product of mass consumption to be seen and forgotten on opening weekend.

Its YOUR responsibility to expend literally 0 energy to not be a d!ck. I don’t even like Spider-Man or any of those movies, I saw what she posted and she could’ve literally posted an image from any other scene, lmao, and it would’ve been fine. When you have hundreds of millions of followers, it is kinda her responsibility to be mindful of the content she puts out. Sure it’s a small thing but it’s just another example of no one holding celebrities accountable for anything. Even something as small as a spoiler for a stupid movie.

My country went into lockdown the day before my viewing 😒
