Um wtf? Nurses have been committing their lives to helping on the frontlines of the pandemic and witnessed death/other trauma. They’re not your slaves, they have free time and should be allowed to engage in festivities especially during the holidays.

Okay, and? I'm a teacher and I've worked just as hard during the pandemic, WITHOUT any overtime pay, raises, or any of the other luxuries those in the medical field get.

To be fair @HuffsAhoy has one of the most underpayed proffessions in many States relative to the amount of work and strain. I cannot fault the frustration

 

Tho however i dont agree with not complaining about burnout @HuffsAhoy sorry. Just cuz u go to a party doesnt mean u arent burned out. Plus thats a big generalization, u dont know which nurses are the ones complaining and which ones attended parties

Cleaning up sh*t and watching people die every day is a lot different than reminding people to do their homework. There's literally no way to equate the two.

Nope. My guess is that the only people that would care would be the same people ‘outraged’ here. Singing nurses isn’t really a trigger for a HUGE majority of the country.
