Something in me feels like ud need to attract more people in rural areas as big cities like Toronto seem to be packed with people with housing issues They been going to big cities for time

I was SHOCKED to hear how much they sold it for, especially considering what the paid for it back in the '90s. It's a simple suburban 3 bed/1 bath, with an unfinished basement, house, but the demand is so high it was listed and sold within 3 days. You remind me that it's such a wonderful thing to love. Sounds like a typical story Last year my grandparents in Toronto sold their 110 year old semi-attached house in less than stellar condition for $1.65M in less than a week (around $1.3M in USD) They bough a bangaloo in the suburbs near us for $960,000... its value has since surged past $1M
