I hope too. But she is working on it...she will get there. We do know she has mental health problems, but look at her! She is working on them, i feel that she knows more and more about her struggles now, she pushes herself but knows her limits and knows to reach for help when it's needed. It's not only acting, like she said, it's the way she is and her relationship with art and suffering. I feel for her too, it's unfortunate, that she has to deal with so concerning health problems, but somehow I'm extremely proud and positive about how she is handling herself this days.

Me too, but she is an inspiration to a lot of people with mental health issues! I’ve struggled for years with mental health, it went for a couple of months good, but now I ended up back to a point where I know that I need to reach out to resources in order to protect my wellbeing. And that’s why her mentioning it is so important, you can be all of these things that Gaga is, and still struggle with mental health. And that she openly said that she sought for resources, it is such an important message to a lot of people. And I think that a lot of people with mental health issues that they have this complicated struggle with suffering. I have it with work, when I take a deep-dive into working, being a workaholic and it being a coping mechanism to forget the painful things that we’re dealing on a daily basis. I’ve had it with writing poetry as well.

GREAT interview, maybe my favourite of the Gucci era!

I would love her to do a romcom, I find her so funny, and she has such an earnestness about her that I think would be great in a romantic comedy. And it would be easier on her, goodness :diane:

Also loved hearing her talk about her work with Robert Wilson! Glad she's proud of that.

And I'm actually glad to hear her say she had psychiatric help with her. She deals with serious mental illness and probably always will, unfortunately, but it's reassuring to know how seriously she and her team take it. People love to rag on the fact that her team are her friends, but it's so essential that the people around her put her first and support her unconditionally, and I'm very grateful to them all

Imagine being jealous that somebody has a team around her that genuinely cares about her. You have to be pretty miserable.

As fir the child answer.. She's said that a few times in interviews so I don't think it means she's pregnant. I don't think she'd be announcing more gigs in Vegas (and other places) if she was planning to get pregnant in the near future.

Kind of worrying that she needed a nurse with her ☹️

True, but good for her that she's open about that sort of thing.

IDK, it is kind of sad...it's a very good interview and film twitter is just ripping it to shreds because all they are focusing on is the mental health aspect and they assume it's all BS for campaign season.

I had a rough day for no real reason, and after watching her here I just feel really motivated. Its nice to listen to someone who is so engaged with what they do and their purpose in the world.

Such a great interview. It's so nice to see her so passionate and alive talking about her own art and art in general. This really felt like an honest conversation and not just promo. So happy to see her like this again.

I actually find it interesting because this does come across as more "Gaga" than the ASIB era. She seems passionate, as you said, and sincere and comfortable with herself. And the bits about rom coms, etc. were fun.

and yet film twitter just hones in on the mental health stuff and drags her for filth (when they were mostly like...pro Gaga during the ASIB era). then again, that's twitter...always ready to drag someone.

I stopped when she said she wants to write a musical. Why listen to one more word?

Death would be fine.

Ummmm .... *can't tell if sarcasm or serious*

Is this flamebaity? Be nice ok? If she wants to do something that makes her happy, let her!

I’m here for all of it! I’d stop eating just to afford tickets.

And I would love a rom com but one where she plays the messy best friend

I think the highlight of the interview is how deep she goes about her artistic process and the lengths she goes thru to get her artistic vision come to life. Her commitment to her craft is something amazing to watch.

Lady Gaga is a vessel for creation of every person, every icon.

Yes. I'd love for her to be the supportive and messy best friend to a gay guy and have it be an LGBT Rom-Com about two guys falling in love. Schitt's Creek shows that there is a big market for an LGBT Rom-Com.

Nah, I don't think so. I read it as a dramatic way to say he can die happy now :-)
