I just checked and it looks like there was a rumor she sang it but never actually did. Whenever I hear Doris Day’s version though I can imagine Gaga doing it  There are so many great songs she could do in a studio album, and I’d definitely love to hear Gaga sing that one. 

You're riiiight, this wouldn't let me go  It only sounded a bit similar to her. And now I really hope she'll cover it one day.

Imagine she named an album Luck Be A Lady (Gaga)  But yeah Summertime is a classic, The Gershwin Songbook remains my favorite
