I'll give you a run down of what he said about the songs: OVERALL: the album is very mature and vulnerable. When 25 was commercial and pop, 30 has lots of cinematic orchestra and jazz music. Most songs don't follow typical radio-friendly structures, no Send My Love To Your New Lover type of songs. Oh My God: the bop of the album – Instant highlight, follows in the Rolling In The Deep footsteps My Little Love: cinematic climax, very haunting with a strong bass, features voicenotes of her and her son To Be Loved: the most raw song on the album, very dramatic and hopeless Can I Get It: worst song in his opinion, sounds out of place, not catchy, just pretty basic and pointless Love Is A Game: studio version is brilliant, stunning orchestra, one of her best songs ever If anyone has an ATRL account, he has reviewed all the tracks in more detail over there Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
