It did seem awkward at first but it feels to me like they were acknowledging what a legend she is. And then what she said after seeing that crowd sing Born This Way and how she will always stand up for them to be accepted and treated the same as everyone else. I hate dubbing with a passion OT: They chose some nice subjects! She looks great and as always love to hear her talk. Her 'having to watch' all those scenes was a bit awkward at first though, lol.
