I thought travis was already doing that by paying costs I dont think u should be throwing cash beyond that. I find the idea a little disrespectful actually to turn lost lives as an oppurtunity for a cash grab If it was Travis or the venue or someone else who had a partial hand in the event i think offering financial payouts would be appropriate.
