Siena 6,235
Now that Gaga is back in full force, I've been dying over the tweets about all the extra sh*t she says, so I thought I'd compile my favorite ones. Enjoy and pls add your fave ones

LilyLark 10,095
NGL I'm kind of worried this is going to backfire. It's hilarious and part of the reason people love Gaga is because she's camp like Cher, etc....but what works with the music/fashion world doesn't necessarily translate to film which can be more elitist/judgmental/etc. It doesn't help that Gaga being in on the joke, in her own way, doesn't come across in print interviews so much unless someone points it out like the Vogue journalist. And this is coming from someone who wasn't bothered at all by the ASIB promos.

It doesn't really matter what she does outside of it for people to work with her in the film industry. Literal rapists, abusers, etc, and other very eccentric people are still making high profile films to this day, and these things have not affected them. Imagine refusing to work with Gaga because "she's cooky in her interviews", when that's probably something that will ultimately get attention for the film without it being too controversial or cancellable. Oh I'm not saying people will refuse to work with Gaga because she's camp. I'm saying I'm worried it might (slightly) impact her chances at a nomination because it's all very judgey in some ways and she might not be seen as a "serious" actor (versus a performer) by those who aren't into her camp/Cher factor.
