I imagine between her music career and make up line, she doesn't want to commit to any roles that are potential franchises. That can make scheduling very difficult. I really want to see Gaga do a role that requires her to "deglam". With characters like The Countess and Patrizia, and the structure of ASIB and how it was marketed, Gaga's characters all exist within a glamourous framework. While I don't think Gadot is the best choice, I didn't expect there to be any truth in Gaga playing the Evil Queen.
