Wolf Boy 3,278
She’s talking in regards to 9-5 in her industry, which isn’t really a thing to be fair. I think she’s a bit of a mess nowadays too but let’s not just make stuff up.

Y'all did it with her back in 2003, with Katy Perry in 2017, and (most) Britney Fans did it with Lady Gaga earlier this year. I don't agree with Madonna's vaccination opinion, but women are allowed to have a say in political and economic issues. Women, men and non binary (humans) can say whatever they want and be held accountable for what their words may or may not cause. Having rights comes too with responsabilities. People are allowed to speak their mind, but it's not a discussion when actual lives are on the line and vaccines are literally saving people, with no credible evidence proving otherwise. Some people clearly don't know the difference between free speech and misinformation/disinformation. This so much. Madge can take a seat with her meaningless word vomit tbh. There's nothing to debate. Vaccines work. If you "disagree" with that then you're wrong. You're stinky

Lmao the left is fragmented because it doesn’t rally around policy not because of cancel culture lol When you have a few groups under the same larger group disagreeing on big ticket things like loan forgiveness, reparations, minimum wage, even abortion and gay rights it’s going to be hard to make an effective coalition against a political group who rally firmly around singular things like tax cuts and abortion restrictions. They’re better unified and their political leadership pushes the boundaries further to make what they want happen. That’s it. It’s both more complex and a bit simpler than I think it’s made out to be lol especially when you acknowledge that a number of Biden voters this time were conservatives AND progressives AND liberals? Unions are a great thing to have in many regards (like worker's safety or overtime) but in other cases they can be a pain in the butt. I've worked two jobs that had unions and each time there were pros and cons. You remind me that it's such a wonderful thing to love.

I've worked two jobs that had unions and each time there were pros and cons. Yeah i think it depends on the company. Unions have pros but they also have cons. For them to be worth it u need a company with enough issues unions tend to improve i think to make it worth it Where I work pay is already pretty good, were treated well, we have benefits and longer breaks than most places etc... So in a place like mine im not sure it would be worth having to deduct some of my pay into a union and whatever concessions wed have to do to try to eek out slightly more pay, benefits or rights cuz we kind if already have it pretty good there? Theres probably not much to improve so why go thru the downsides of a Union? If it aint broke dont fix it and my work place feels not broken But if I worked in one of those companies that are cheap asses under paying workers, giving the bare minimum benefits by law and not treating workers the best, I might want a Union to try to improve the company despite any downsides a Union might bring So it all depends
