The Games' setting does have a very North Korean feel tho, it looks like they're all trapped in an authoritarian regime that the degenerate Westerners are watching as entertainment. There's also that storyline about the girl who is treated like sh*t for being from NK. So when you think about Squid Game, it's not really SK the thing that comes to mind first...

One of the best thing about Netflix, point blank. I love this idea that the whole world now can appreciate and love other countries' art and entertainment and not just the US being so prominent for the whole world. It's so amazing
