Totally get her, like I sometimes feel a guilt when I walk around OUTSIDE with no mask even though its fine. Still get anxiety.

I think it's fabulous she opened up to the audience –– my friend was at that show. It's important to normalize talking about mental health issues. 

However, I wish people would stop saying we're "coming out of a pandemic." We're still very much in the thick of it, especially in the US.

It feels like the room is enclosing in around you and you feel a tremendous weight on your chest and in your head with the most unsettling feeling that causes you to feel really hot and like you are losing your breath but your breath is fine. The room keeps feeling like its getting smaller and smaller and the things around you feel like they get bigger and bigger. If you're in a busy space, the energy around you feels overwhelming. At least it does for me. I've only had a few.

Try to imagine going into a store and the doors close, the lights turn off, you realize ur alone, and theres a terorrist putting a gun to your head. Your heart beats very very very fast u are scared it will stop, u can't breathe anymore, u want to hide in a bathroom alone so that u r "safe", you want to burst into tears, u feel too much, u are scared it's a scary moment

Wow this made me tear up. Covid REALLY did a number on almost everybody. It's awful that it happened of course, but it's refreshing to see people like Miley be open and upfront about these kinds of struggles.
