Oh maybe change the topic wording. FDA advisory group implies external, FDA panel implies internal (at least in my mind)

Because more is not always better and getting shot after shot of the same thing will not effect people in the way they wish/hope it would. The immune system is very complex and while some vaccines don't last very long, some vaccines last years or even a lifetime. The two dose series is still extremely effective at preventing disease so far, and a third dose at this point would provide almost no benefit to people <65 with competent immune systems.

It's a huge undertaking to vaccinate millions of people and the only beneficiary would be the executive branch (for optics), and pfizer (for money).

 

The ONLY reason they would recommend booster shots for everyone at this point would be political reasons. Which, believe it or not, most people in the FDA usually try to avoid with their recommendations.
