It's a track by DJ Yirvin. Arca does have vocals on the remix though (around 2:23 for example, the vocals here are taken from her song Time which she samples. It becomes annoyingly one-note, just like the extreme repetition in the remixes for Alice, Stupid Love, 1000 Doves, and probably more.
