Besides he updated the posts after a critic from Deadline emailed about the misinformation and said the film is great. Also he doesn't like Gaga and undermined the film multiple times so he overdid the dislikes from those reactions. The film could be very polarizing (lbr Ridley has a mixed track record) but it's highly, highly unlikely that the general consensus will be that it's a total mess (even if some critics hate it). If it was a big disaster like Hillbilly Elegy where 99% of the critics hated the film, the studio would have pushed the film instead of scheduling several AMPAS screenings, doing an awards push, etc. That said, I do think monsters should be aware it's possible the film will be divisive. Camp in itself can be pretty divisive and this film is allegedly the definition of camp. And while the reactions on World of Reel were mixed (and I'd take it with a grain of salt, as the neg. ones said it wasn't camp), it's interesting that the negative one still said Gaga was quite good. World of Reel has broken news before, too, but can be a mixed bag—they've been wrong on Licorice Pizza in terms of run time, music, and more...so I wouldn't take everything they say as gospel. Yeah I was going to say he's been right on some stuff but he also gets a fair amount of stuff wrong (like he's been incorrect on several aspects of Licorice Pizza). Even if he had a perfect track record, though, the original reactions made no sense because as you said...multiple people have confirmed it's camp so for the film to be deemed overly serious seems like complete bullshit.
