you never know what to expect with this woman

first she said she didn't want the movie to be made because of her daughters  then she turns around and says she's excited 💀

is she iconic?

of course she's very famous there but I really don't want to think of her that way for obvious reasons

Yeah I won't take seriously an insider that retweets HausLab palette tweets..

It's a little monster pretending to be a 60 year old insider.

EGOT2027

can confirm that the trailer is the last one to play before the new bond movie. (sometimes some theaters use different trailer sets due to the market or for whatever reason, but i have heard this from multiple people who saw the movie last night in various cities at amcs and regals.)

i wish they were doing more promo, BUT it is great to know that the trailer is playing before what will probably be the biggest release since The Before Times. and since it's the last one, the most possible people are in the theater at that point

Ridley Scott interview, mostly about The Last Duel, but he talked a bit about House of Gucci

"One is House of Gucci, a slinky, ripely accented true-crime melodrama, starring Adam Driver as the assassinated fashion kingpin Maurizio Gucci and Lady Gaga as his ex-wife, Patrizia Reggiani. Filmed in Italy this year, it is, says Scott, “dramatic but also very funny, even kind of satirical”. (He’s also an avowed Gaga fan, describing her as the “perfect Patrizia”: not bad for a role that was once earmarked for Angelina Jolie.)"

Angelina Jolie again? I remember the Cleopatra film rumor where Gaga and Jolie were being pitted for the main role...And then there's the rumor with Gaga playing the Evil Queen for a Disney film, same feels as with Maleficent by Jolie.

Yes, many actresses were in talks to play Patrizia before Gaga got it, i mean just read this passage from wikipedia, it's a pretty wild read lol

"In June 2006, Ridley Scott was set to direct a film about the downfall of the Gucci family dynasty with Andrea Berloff writing the script, despite the family's dismissal of the project, with Angelina Jolie and Leonardo DiCaprio rumored to play Patrizia Reggiani and Maurizio Gucci. In February 2012, Scott's daughter Jordan Scott had replaced him as director and was in talks with Penélope Cruz to play Reggiani. In November 2016, Wong Kar-wai took over directing the film from Jordan Scott, with Charles Randolph writing alongside Berloff and Margot Robbie now considered to play Reggiani. In November 2019, Ridley Scott was once again set to direct the film, with Roberto Bentivegna writing the script, and Lady Gaga set to star. According to the Gucci CEO, Marco Bizzarri, the fashion house cooperated with the production and gave them full access to their archives for wardrobe and props."

Angelina Jolie (with Leonardo DiCaprio), Penélope Cruz, Margot Robbie, then Gaga :legend:

Embargo for reviews usually happen on the same day the earliest wide release date happening. So, don't hold your breath until that time, I believe.

Let's see what happens regardless of when the reviews come in, I'm so excited for the rollout to start, Gaga serving looks, I just hope she doesn't do the Crediting everything to the director/male co-actor like she did in the entire rollout of ASIB.

I will not watch House of Gucci
