What if we praised standard bodies? That would not take us anywhere of course... And we are even told we WISH we would look like that? I would NEVER lmao And also, I never said that any type of body isn't appealing, I always say I (me, myself) don't like them. I might have a history of complaining about these threads, because it's things like these that usually make people feel bad because they don't look a certain way everybody likes. If they are allowed to say they like those bodies and even say we should wish we looked like that, and I'm not allowed to say I don't like them, maybe it's time to leave this forum once and for all Please leave then, your negativity is not adding anything. I get your point but the way you behave is immature. 1 hour ago, littlepotter said: Instead of trying to bring down the type of bodies you don't like maybe it would do more good to make threads that celebrate standard bodies This. Ive been working out for 2 months and no really noticeable change n everyone says it takes time but i want it now Hey, I’ve been on a training program for three months now and I’ve only seen minor gains so don’t be too discouraged. Please keep going! This guy probably worked on his body for years. If we give up we will regret it and take us even longer to have the body we want. Im new to gym and strength training so i dont know **** Creatine helps your body make more ATP (energy source) so you’re able to lift more repetitions, and over time, those extra reps will increase your total volume lifted, which translates to more strength/aesthetic gains. Taking creatine will also decrease levels of myostatin, which inhibits muscle hypertrophy if you have a lot, so that’s a good thing! Also, with water weight retained in your muscles, muscle recovery is easier when muscles are hydrated and they’ll heal more efficiently. There’s research showing that creatine helps beginner weight lifters put on around 3-5 more pounds of lean mass over a period of 8 weeks. That is if you’re eating enough calories. Do you know your TDEE? send me a message if you want and I can help you with any questions.

It’s kinda sad, honestly. Let people compliment others without making it about you.

I do care about many people that have had disorders just because they couldn't look that certain way. You won't see me making threads about someone's body, that is useless, shallow and has no meaning to me. That's what my comment was about. ¿Qué currículum tiene ésta tarántula? Im new to gym and strength training so i dont know **** I mostly recommended it for the psychological effects, i.e. showing how you look like with just a bit more muscle definition. For me, it motivated me to keep going. After the second/third month of working out you're at a crossroads: you don't really see effects, but if you keep going for another three months (and make it a consistent habit) you definitely will. For me, using creatine monohydrate and seeing some quick aesthetic progress motivated me to keep going. Yes, it's water weight, but creatine monohydrate also generally helps your performance. As far as I know, it's one of your muscles' energy sources that gets depleted very early. Having more creatine in your muscles (there is a natural limit ofc) means you will be able to lift a slightly higher volume. So there certainly are benefits besides just feeling slightly better about your physical progress. May I ask what programme you're following? And do you try to eat a lot of protein? Are you more looking to gain weight, lose fat, or body decomposition (same weight, less fat, more muscles at the same time)?

Are you more looking to gain weight, lose fat, or body decomposition (same weight, less fat, more muscles at the same time)? i just do full body workouts using dumbbells, resistance bands, bodyweight and pull up bar. the gyms are closed here due to covid situation. in those workouts i target each specific group of muscles. i dont do chest day arm day i just do full body the same day. i workout 3 times per week with 2 days rest between each workout. and i do 2-3 sets of each exercise with 12-15 reps im eating about 1g of protein per lb of weight. some days i cant eat that much protein but i try to stay close to it. n i lost about 48kg very rapidly by being on extreme calorie restriction. so that left me with kind of loose body with no muscle mass that was very weak. when i started i couldnt even lift 2kg properly. i slowly worked n now i can lift upto 7kg for almost every muscle group so im now focusing on strength increase and body recomposition I hope the exit is joyful and i hope never to return.
