can someone please tell me why vinyls are important? does the music sound better or something?

It’s for the sake of collecting and honestly, it usually sounds SO much better to my ears but for electronic albums they’re okay.

vinyls are mainly just collectors items, but I love actually listening to them. It gives them more depth and personality, especially some of them with the pops and random sounds you can hear here and there

collecting vinyls is so hard

when you're saving up for some older onces from resellers, 10 new albums are released with limited merch and here we go

That’s why I just buy CDs. I’m way too poor to be able to afford CDs, vinyls AND cassettes like some people do. Just a CD is good enough for me.

The cover seems like it's literally the back side of the Remix cover image  You can see in the vinyl preview the Sine wave peaking out from some kind of green cloth, wich is just the back side from the original cover image, as you can see the same cloth peaking on the right side of the sine. I'm really intrigued cause it seems like we are looking at this "chromatica portal" from behind :excited2:

I hope it’s not clear :selena: I know record plants are backed up and maybe it’s the best they can do, but i’ll be damned if her jazz album gets a nicer vinyl release than the remix album.

Considering Mac Miller’s latest drop on UO, plants are def capable of a lot 60418555_095_b?$xlarge$&fit=constrain&ql

i prefer vinyl because it's something else

what's on the cd is the same as lossless streaming, just in physical form

but yeah, it's expensive af : P

i'm limiting myself to 10 artists only and even with that number it's hard to buy it all

more than that would be impossible

red wine, cheap perfume and a filthy pout

So happy, AAAAHHHH! :woohoo:

Hopefully there are variants on some other stores like Target, Amazon, etc

I will put this and OG COMATICA vinyls side by side in a wall

Someone else already responded, and I totally agree with what they said… but to also add to that, I like that the artwork is bigger than a CD and you can spend time getting lost in the image and seeing details you wouldn’t normally see! I also like to see how they adapt the artwork to fit vinyl format and comparing it to the CD packaging. I also really like the idea that the music is literally physically there to see in the grooves of the vinyl, just so fascinating! Also like the other person said the music that is pressed on vinyl is “something else” because it’s literally mixed/mastered differently to account the physical form of vinyl, so it’s technically another version of the songs that is custom mixed/mastered for vinyl… another thing I find fascinating!

lawd PLEASE let this not be limited edition because there are other purchases I'm prioritizing rn :saladga:

And I also hope it’s not just from the US store again. Costs a fortune to get it shipped to Australia

High King

This might be my very first Lady Gaga vinyl…

..Nevermind I’m just now remembering that I own Cheek 2 Cheek for some reason. Either way, Gaga x Hyperpop deserves a spot in my collection.
