He came out around the time before BTW was released as a very reliable insider knowing everything about the album (that turned out to be true) before anyone else. There are several rumors as to who he is, theories range between an Interscope insider, someone from Gaga's crew, to even Gaga herself in a private account made just for the fans (although this is farfetched - he's most likely just an insider at Interscope). uggh why don't they ever just admit who they are, instead of trying to be some stupid mysterious person?
