That's also why reviews are coming in slowly. Not only do you have to listen to it, you've got to let it settle, work out the best and worst and revisit stuff. That's why so many rap albums are long - they're made to be streamed and they're racking up more plays. Albums of this length is why I've made the decision to stop doing my amateur reviews for every album and just look up artists I'm genuinely interested in starting from next year. I don't know how many more 20+ track albums I can possibly take and too much of my life is being devoted to a lot of music I don't even like half the time. I sometimes think there are artists out there who don't seem to realise that their fans have jobs, kids, chores, responsibilities, lives. Asking them to take nearly 2 hours of their time to listen to one solitary album is quite a request. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
