First of all holy f*** that looks amazing. Secondly, I love the fan art concept that this monster is torturing her and trapping her in Chromatica.

The reflection shows it’s a parallel universe. The creator has elaborated on this design choice on twitter

I was gonna point out the reflection possibly meaning that the album is a reflection of the original but different. Such a cool detail! I’m glad that is confirmed

I think it's about how the whole concept of Chromatica is eating her alive somehow?

So long ggd, it was nice while it lasted.

why do we see the old artwork in the sine

looks kinda wierd

I noticed that...like seeing the old album artwork within the new sine....looks strange...honestly the whole thing looks messy and makes zero sense...like all those spaghetti wires coming from Gagas stomach...did the album explode from her womb? Lol It wouldn't reflect her attitude towards the album AT ALL...more like she birthed and gave the album up for adoption to bloodpop and a bunch of other artists lol

If you look closely enough, you can still see some flesh on her. Almost feels like it’s Chromatica VS Dawn of Chromatica, which world will survive even though they’re parallel to each other.

i think the green screen symbolises the fact that a remix is something you can recompose and is not meant to be changed. It's the idea of being interchangeable and also green is complementary to pink/red.

The guy who did the cover said the sine wave is melted.Maybe after darkness it comes the colour(I consider the og as a dark theme, while this one explodes with colours and happiness)

the green background looks like liquid almost maybe the monster is coming out of the acid lake and swallowing Ga

I don't think the teeth are meant to indicate a 'monster' that's eating her. The more time I have with the cover, the more I enjoy it!

My interpretation is that the cover shows Gaga has been protecting this perfect and idealistic world of 'Chromatica' for so long (the long hair, now being a cyborg) from the dark reality that it's now growing/seeping out (the melted sine, plants/creatures growing).

It's almost as if she's spent so much time healing with the happiness that she found in Chromatica and was fighting to protect that it's now healing her trauma in reality.

Ooh I like that!!

My first thought once I saw the animated version was that the green background moved like a cell under a microscope.

Love it but I wish the scale of Gaga was the same

My ONLY gripe with it, solely because i wanted to use the remix as my lock and chromatica as my home screen :selena:
