coming from someone who once lost 137 pounds — you really have to want that image inside of yourself. Even when you don’t feel like being active you need to be. Your body needs it. Sitting around and making it worse and sulking is only gonna make you feel worse.

She's not wrong. I used to complain a lot about my weight and I didn't do anything to change that for years! Now I'm doing yoga and feel much better.

People mad cause shes pointed out bad diet habits that many people don’t have the integrity to point out within themselves. Some people really try to fool themselves and the people around them that they do the best they can to lose weight and they actually Dont do anything. Like don’t complain about your weight when you constantly eat high calorie snacks throughout the day. I literally walk all over the city for hours because I know being sedentary and just eating sugar is gonna make me fat.

Loving the maturity and honesty of this thread tbh  we really need to stop labeling any criticism as phobic - it’s an exaggeration and pulls away from instances of REAL fat phobia
